Responsibilities:

Talent Identification: Utilise your financial knowledge to identify and evaluate potential candidates for executive roles.
Recruitment Process: Partake in the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate with a degree from a reputable university.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and candidates.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for executive recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
