An International Insurance company based in the city is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR team for an initial 14-month fixed-term contract.You will be contributing to the delivery of the overall HR Strategy, with a particular focus on the implementation and rollout of their new HRIS, Workday.The successful candidate will be:An experienced Human Resources professional, with extensive experience implementing Workday. Previous experience operating in a Business Partner model, working with C Suite and leadership teams to achieve positive business outcomes. A good understanding of human resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, recruitment, payroll, and learning & development, is required. Confident in communicating and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and negotiate when required. CIPD qualification or equivalent. Must be happy working in the office 3 days per week.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with experience implementing Workday, to join an established HR team, in what will be an exciting portfolio of work.
