Your new companyA global speciality insurer are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join their HR team of 10. Reporting into the Global HR Director and managing an HR Advisor in London, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers, enhancing their leadership capabilities and ensuring effective team management.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and business leaders on the management of complex ER cases including performance management, terminations, leaves of absences etc.
  • Drive talent management programs focused on enhancing management capabilities, increasing talent density, and promoting DE&I.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Develop an understanding of the business culture, acting as a role model for the company's values.
  • Manage a range of HR activities, contributing to the effectiveness of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Thorough experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within Financial Services, Insurance or Professional Services.
  • Ability to act as a partner to all members of the business, advising on issues and coaching employees throughout the business.
  • Proven experience building strong relationships across various business units, whilst motivating managers and enhancing culture amongst employees.
  • Be a creative and passionate individual, with the confidence to demonstrate new ideas and work towards improving the efficiency of the business.
