Our client are looking to appoint an HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. This role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) with a requirement to travel to sites across the South Coast.

Description
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing and managing HR strategies across the sites within your region
- Supporting team members in achieving their objectives
- Working closely with management to improve engagement and retention
- Identifying training needs for teams and individuals
- Handling workplace conflicts and employee relations issues
- Participating in performance evaluation processes
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and databases
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- A driving license and access to own vehicle
Job Offer
- A salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per year, dependent on experience
