Your new companyA growing Professional Services firm, circa 2,000, are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their collaborative team. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders within the business, delivering new and improving on existing people strategies to improve the overall efficiency of the people function, and work toward achieving business goals.
  • Build and manage senior relationships, providing commercial insights and advising on all employee issues (disciplinaries, grievances).
  • To support on business wide change projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advise and support on recruitment within the specific business area, working with the finance division on headcount budgets and growth planning.
  • Oversee and guide early careers within the firm, reporting to senior leaders on examination progress and performance management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience as an HR Business partner within a small-medium sized business, ideally within professional or financial services.
  • Proven success acting as a strategy partner, delivering on wider people initiatives, and suggesting ideas to improve efficiency.
  • Have excellent attention to detail with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders.
