This is the perfect chance to oversee exciting changes in an international firm.WHAT YOU WILL DOIn this HR Business Partner role, you will implement and manage change that will improve efficiency and company culture across the business. Create, develop and drive employee benefit and engagement globally
Work with senior managers to develop the recruitment and onboarding strategy
Work with the Head of HR to development introduce new Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
Provide help with general HR issues across the business
Work with Managing Directors on people performance and culture projects

5 years of HR experience
Experience working with global teams would be beneficial
