Our client, based in EastCentral London, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. The position is due to start immediately. The daily rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The successful candidate must have experience of dealing with ER cases and be able to advise managers across different areas of the business.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Partnering with departments to support their needs, address risks and enable a solution focused approach on all HR issues
  • Resolving complex investigation, grievance, disciplinary and complaints in a confidential and timely manner
  • Contributing to the development of a positive candidate and colleague experience by delivering a transparent and inclusive recruitment and onboarding process including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and inductions
  • Enhancing and manage leaver process and develop actions for retention
  • Identifying learning needs and assisting with training delivery and culture of learning, including performance review processes

Experience required:

  • Strong HR/ER experience with knowledge of the latest employment law/ACAS code of practice
  • Excellent communication skills, a passion for creating employee experience

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Experience using HRIS and ATS
  • ER advisory support (set stakeholder management)
