Robert Half are recruiting for a HR Business Partner based in London.

The HR business Partner role offers Hybrid working with 3 days on site 2 from home and offering an hourly rate of up to £30PH negotiable on experience. The ideal candidate will have HR related qualifications alongside experience working with High level stakeholders ideally from a Property background.

In this role you will be responsible for future plans, culture within the business & competition.

Full Responsibilities include -

  • Conduct weekly meetings with business units
  • Provide support and consultancy with line managers offering guidance when required
  • Use trend & metrics available to develop business solutions & Policies
  • Manage & resolve complex employee issues
  • Keep up to date knowledge of legal requirements of employee management
  • Continually reduce legal risks & ensure regulatory compliance
  • Performance management guidelines to line managers including coaching, counselling and disciplinary actions
  • Continually work to improve employee relations with the aim to increase productivity, increase morale & retention
  • Provide policy guidance
  • Develop contract terms for new hires including promotion and transfers
  • Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce & succession planning
  • Identify any knowledge gaps & execute training

To be successful within this role you will need to have extensive experience with stakeholder management at a senior level, relevant HR qualifications SHRM will be beneficial alongside experience from a property background.
