About the Job

As the HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in delivering HR strategies, support and advisory services across the organisation. Reporting to a well-respected HR Director, you will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive engagement and ensure exceptional HR service delivery. This position will require you to manage a range of complex and evolving priorities, making a meaningful impact within the business.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing HR advisory support for various units and functions
  • Working with leaders to streamline processes and improve employee wellbeing
  • Leading initiatives in stakeholder management and engagement
  • Serving as a key contact for issues related to HR/ER and people strategy
  • Supporting managers in implementing effective change management practices
  • Encouraging the development of innovative ideas to enhance HR service delivery
  • Ensuring high standards of service delivery, including managing and improving HR processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with teams to maintain a resilient and adaptable work environment
