Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Compensation Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the compensation strategies to support business growth and employee engagement. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and leadership to analyse, design, and refine compensation structures, driving competitive and fair practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis and benchmarking of salaries, bonuses, and incentives to maintain competitive and equitable compensation programs.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including data gathering, market analysis, and recommendations for salary adjustments and incentive payouts.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to design compensation programs that align with business objectives and reflect industry best practices.
  • Provide strategic insights into compensation trends, regulatory requirements, and market shifts, ensuring our practices remain compliant and competitive.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in compensation policies, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development of incentive plans, equity programs, and other reward structures to attract and retain top talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on compensation matters, guiding HR and business leaders with data-driven insights.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a compensation or rewards-focused role, preferably within communications or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities; experience with HRIS and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
