A Interim Global Benefits Partner to:
- Partner with the Global Reward Director to develop global benefits policies and programs
- Maintain knowledge of benefit trends
- Review the effectiveness existing policies, processes and programs
- Lead on benefit vendor relationships and ensure effective management
- Lead on global benefit renewals and dashboards
- Monitor global legislation updates
- Lead on effective communication strategies to ensure an in-depth understand of benefit programs
- Review governance structures on global benefit practices
- Work with the ER team on negotiations
- Manage the global benefit budget
Profile
A Interim Global Benefits Partner with:
- Previous NFP experience desirable
- Strong expertise in benefits within a global market essential, such as EMEA, APAC or USA
- Knowledge of laws and regulations that associate to benefits
- Additional language skills desirable, such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, German or Arabic
