We are urgently recruiting for an Interim HR Business to join our non-profit client, based in South London for a period of 5/6 months. Reporting to our Deputy Director of HR, you will be a key co-ordination point for an HR service integration between two parts of our organisation, acting as a key conduit between the management teams and the HR service. This will involve close working with all parties involved, including identifying business needs, and working to fix/unblock any HR related issues across recruitment and wider resourcing activities, as well as supporting the delivery of related project work covering the breadth of HR, L&D and OD.

We require someone with an ability to self-start and a pragmatic approach who can resolve problems efficiently and at pace. As our interim HR Business Partner, you will be able to quickly identify risks and priorities, exercising good judgements about when to intervene in operational matters (such as particular ER cases, recruitment campaigns or other resourcing matters) and how to cut through complexity to deliver practical solutions. You will be experienced in working with stakeholders, helping management teams adapt to new ways of interfacing with a changing HR service and you will a key support on the rollout of HR initiatives, such as new approaches to appraisals, e-learning platforms and employee/manager self-service development.

This role requires a minimum 3 day on-site presence in South London.
