MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation in London who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner, to join them on an initial 3 month contract.

The purpose of this role is to provide a professional and strategic HR Business Partner service to allocated Directorates, ensuring up to date expert, consistent advice, support and practice covering all staff.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Be the first port of call for all workforce issues for the business units
  • Focus on support to the senior leaders within Divisions and Corporate areas to lead on developing and implementing workforce strategies
  • To act as an advocate of change and support managers in identifying and implementing workforce modernisation

The successful candidate will have:

  • The ability to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of Business Partnering in the NHS
  • Ability to develop and interpret policies and procedures
  • Work in a proactive and customer focused way to deliver excellence in HR service.

This role will be hybrid working, in the office 3 days per week. This role will be a Fixed Term Contract.
