Your new companyYou will be working for a global telecommunications company based in Central London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.Your new roleYou will be working as an International HR Business Partner for an initial duration of 9-12 months to cover a maternity leave in the team.This role provides strategic and operational HR support to two Group Functions located in London and Dubai, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement and performance. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will assist with benefits administration for our London Head Office.Some duties will include:POD Support for Group Functions (London and Dubai):
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with the Dubai-based team to address People needs, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and cultural sensitivities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across both locations to enhance productivity and retention.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, resolving issues with discretion and professionalism.
Benefits Administration (London Head Office):
- Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, pensions, and wellness initiatives, ensuring competitive offerings and compliance with UK regulations.
- Handle employee enquiries related to benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
- Work with external vendors to ensure seamless administration of benefits programs.
- Lead the annual benefits review process, recommending updates to enhance employee satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
Operational Excellence:
- Support the development and implementation of POD policies and procedures.
- Monitor key POD metrics, preparing reports and analytics to guide decision-making.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts for the Group Functions.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Projects and Initiatives:
- Lead or participate in global POD initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, leadership development, or organizational change management.
- Support the roll-out of POD systems and tools across the Group Functions and London office.
