About the Role
This is a broad generalist role with an international scope which includes advising on strategic initiatives. Duties include:
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners
- Advising across talent matters including recruitment, talent management, and development matters
- Driving forward key projects including performance management and work allocation
- Coaching stakeholders in the development of people management skills
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a generalist HR role at Senior Manager/Business Partner level within professional services and preferably CIPD qualified. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the proven ability to influence change is essential.
