About the Role

This is a broad generalist role with an international scope which includes advising on strategic initiatives. Duties include:

  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners
  • Advising across talent matters including recruitment, talent management, and development matters
  • Driving forward key projects including performance management and work allocation
  • Coaching stakeholders in the development of people management skills

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in a generalist HR role at Senior Manager/Business Partner level within professional services and preferably CIPD qualified. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the proven ability to influence change is essential.
