- Provide trusted advise and coaching to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Partner with the Head of HR and other Snr Business Partner in the execution of HR strategy; proactively driving wellbeing and culture initiatives, system and process optimisation, and build performance management processes and development frameworks.
- Manage and resolve complex ER cases, in line with company policy and best practice.
- Consistently champion the use of HR data and analytics to drive improvement and support wellbeing initiatives.
- Act as a mentor to other members of the HR team to support their development.
- Work with the wider People team on ad hoc HR projects
- Demonstratable experience operating as a HR Business Partner / or equivalent
- Experience working in a business consultancy is a plus
- Collaborative and innovative thinker
- A low-ego individual, comfortable working in a flat-structured HR team
- Proven ability to work with discretion and build rapport with senior leaders
