Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the team at North Middlesex University Trust. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.

- Educate and support patients, families, and carers on treatment and recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to discharge planning processes.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
