We are seeking a General Bookings Administrator to join our client, a dynamic organisation in the performing arts industry. This pivotal role involves managing space bookings and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring top-notch customer service and administrative support.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage shared email accounts, liaising with clients, employees, and departments.
  • Handle booking processes, including payment chasing, cancellations, and issuing credit notes.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support and create detailed booking notes.
  • Brief staff on upcoming bookings and events.
  • Engage with clients post-event to gather feedback and manage any customer complaints.
  • Assist in marketing and development efforts for both departments, including creating marketing materials and contributing to budgets and proposals for new events.
  • Occasional reception cover.
  • Perform data processing tasks as required.

Due to the nature of the business, some events may require extra support and may fall on weekends.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and invoicing, and will excel as a team player with keen attention to detail. Familiarity with the MindBody scheduling system is a plus. Does this sound like you? Apply now!
