Coyle Personnel, one of the UK’s leading family-run staffing solutions providers, is seeking a professional and highly organized Contract Support Administrator with commercial building maintenance (hard services), finance, and scheduling experience to join a prestigious college in Central London. This role is key to ensuring smooth front-of-house operations while providing vital administrative and financial support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract & Finance Support: Process invoices, raise purchase orders, track budgets, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage commercial building maintenance and service schedules (planned and reactive), liaising with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Administrative Support: Handle documentation, maintain records, and assist with compliance-related tasks.
  • Office & Facilities Management: Oversee meeting room bookings, order office supplies, and support day-to-day facilities operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in Contract Administration, ideally within an education or commercial building maintenance (hard services) environment.
  • Strong finance administration skills, including raising POs, processing invoices, and tracking budgets.
  • Excellent scheduling and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook).
  • A professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
