Distribution Administrator – Second Jobber £24,000Oxford CircusMy client, an established Distribution company based in the West End, are looking for a Distribution Administrator to join their team of three.You will be reliable, organised and well presented, with experience using IT systems such as Microsoft Office packages. The Role:
  • Handling all customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and service providers
  • Sending daily dispatch emails to warehouse
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Using Sage software for dispatch orders and invoices
  • Assisting with stock management
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
Essential requirements:
