Title: Japanese speaking reservation clerk
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Our client in travel industry is looking for a Japanese speaking reservation clerk
Japanese speaking reservation clerk - Responsibilities:
- Booking flights/hotels/trains/other transportation such as rent a car for both individuals and groups and providing related service such as mileage upgrade or seat assignment.
- Issuing, amending, cancelling, refunding tickets for both individual and group
- Issuing invoices and credit notes and send out to customers
- Dealing with travel visa on behalf of customers (contacting with the visa agency)
- Updating clients’ list when needed
- Co-operate with our Sales team
- Meeting existing/new customers to build a good relationship if required
Japanese speaking reservation clerk - Requirements:
- Previous experience with using Amadeus (experience in exchanging tickets and have knowledge of ticketing - highly desirable)
- Having knowledge of building manual fare is an advantage
- Computer skills at intermediate level at least (Word, Excel, PP)
- Able to learn new system
- Able to speak in both English and Japanese (and writing/reading) at a business level
