Our client in travel industry is looking for a Japanese speaking reservation clerk

Japanese speaking reservation clerk - Responsibilities:

  • Booking flights/hotels/trains/other transportation such as rent a car for both individuals and groups and providing related service such as mileage upgrade or seat assignment.
  • Issuing, amending, cancelling, refunding tickets for both individual and group
  • Issuing invoices and credit notes and send out to customers
  • Dealing with travel visa on behalf of customers (contacting with the visa agency)
  • Updating clients’ list when needed
  • Co-operate with our Sales team
  • Meeting existing/new customers to build a good relationship if required

Japanese speaking reservation clerk - Requirements:

  • Previous experience with using Amadeus (experience in exchanging tickets and have knowledge of ticketing - highly desirable)
  • Having knowledge of building manual fare is an advantage
  • Computer skills at intermediate level at least (Word, Excel, PP)
  • Able to learn new system
  • Able to speak in both English and Japanese (and writing/reading) at a business level
