We are partnered with a high-profile professional membership body and trade association who are looking for an experience membership candidate to act as a first point of contact for their corporate members on a fixed term contract basis. The successful applicant will be an excellent relationship manager, highly organised and a confident communicator. A background working for a professional institute or membership body would be an advantage but is not essential.
In this role you will be responsible for handling queries from members and providing account management services. You will make sure that the CRM is up to date and work closely with the Marketing and Research teams to provide accurate reports on member engagement and retention. This would be an excellent next step for an administrator looking for a role with more autonomy and responsibility. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior managers across Membership, Events, Communications, Research and Policy and excellent training and development will be provided.
