Job Title: Scheduling Administrator (Entry Level)

Location: SE20 (parking available)

Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (Office-based)

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and organised Scheduling Administrator to join our Specialist Electrical Division within a Building Contractor. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to start their career in administration and is ready to handle challenging clients with professionalism and poise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and projects for the electrical division
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and resolving any scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain and update scheduling records and databases accurately
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Support the team with any additional tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in dealing with tough clients and resolving conflicts
