- Organising internal team meetings, circulating agenda’s & minutes.
- Organising external meetings with Suppliers and co-ordinating documents/gathering information from internal business units in advance.
- Working with the  Projects, Systems and Resourcing Manager to review policies and procedures manuals and update accordingly.
- Supporting with embedding new Teams site, providing support to Hospitality Team and helping with document management.
- Co-ordinating audits & taking lead on ‘inventory project’
- Supporting with admin for Redbridge Project
- Completing Policy work and uploading documents to the Intranet.
