Fast growing e-learning company based in Chiswick, West London. We specialise in publishing e-learning and video-based training resources for the Social Care Sector.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Administrator to start as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with an enthusiasm for business administration, and customer service. You will be working in a small, busy and fun environment. This role will involve supporting Business Operations Manager and the Managing Director.

You will need to be good at multi-tasking, have an excellent eye for detail but also be able to support the sales and customer service team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration of company eLearning portal (caretutor.org)
  • Administration of company CRM using HubSpot
  • Producing Client Reports
  • Producing reports of KPIs for the team and business
  • Managing and updating sales and stock spreadsheets in Excel
  • Contact and database management
  • Assisting in operations to make sure that business processes are running smoothly
  • Customer service support
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Sales order processing
  • Provide admin support to the management team

Qualifications and Skills

You will have good experience with Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel. Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Sales Force, Zoho or similar. You will be able to multi-task and have a good eye for detail.

Organised with strong time management skills and have the ability to oversee systems and processes company wide. You will have experience of working in an office based sales environment, have an excellent telephone manner and good spoken and written English.

Job Type: Full-time, fully office based role

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year depending on experience
