In this role as Company Secretarial Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of clients and lead a small team, ensuring companies meet their statutory obligations while working with both local and international clients.

Key Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients from setup to dissolution
  • Ensure statutory filings are completed timely
  • Prepare, circulate and minute board meeting documents
  • Maintain accurate company registers and handle third-party correspondence
  • Complete internal compliance files for new clients
  • Liaise with clients and global offices, ensuring timely responses to requests
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and collaborate with internal departments

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of three years' relevant experience
