Office Manager & Culture Coordinator - A brilliant company, brilliant vibrant all-rounder’s role in a superb SE1 location - Office based: 9-5pm - 18 months contract - full company benefits and holidays! Be the heartbeat of the office Coordinate and organise office, events, fun activities, driving employee engagement. from ordering stationary, receiving deliveries, to managing diaries, supporting the super approachable execs and much more - Similar role experience essential. £35,000 - £40,000 plus all the benefits, holidays and so much more; including Free brekkie! Start Feb 2025A dynamic fast-growing business with a mix of remote IT staff and central operational staff in SE1 you will be the energy, the go-to and the driving force behind an efficiently run office. A role for someone with energy, fun and positive outlook - Someone bright with initiative with excellent office-based coordination experience

As a minimum we will need you to have previous exp, be super organised, but super flexible and dynamic with brilliant skills using calendars, diaries, and good IT Skills.A strong educational background would also be great with problem solving skills.

Main duties:

  • manage all things workplace related, operational in the office. Create a brilliant office culture and environment - build community spirit and good energy.
  • Keep the office organised, well stocked and the building/office in top shape
  • Dealing with external suppliers, facilities management and more
  • Be a point of contact for knowledge and information
  • Open doors, solve problems, receive deliveries stand-in for the OM when on holiday
  • Organise calendars, diaries and support senior staff (Some PA duties)
  • Office based - fast paced, you’ll be up and down all day
  • Loads of other office duties to discuss at interview.

Who will you need to be then?

  • 2-10-years’ experience working in a central London fast paced office with similar responsibilities
  • Great communicator, sociable, fun, professional, dynamic, organised, and great on a pc/laptop
  • No role to big or small, bright, and intelligent but down to earth and with excellent initiative
  • Any PA or secretary experience is a bonus, but this is a Senior Office Coordinator or Junior office manager role.
