Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting a Deputy General Office Supervisor to join one of our excellent City based law firm clients on a full-time, permanent basis!

The role is working fully in the office, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am-17:30pm.

You will be responsible for the duties outlined below and for supervising the General Office Assistant in the General Office Supervisor's absence!

Duties include:

  • Sorting and delivering post
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing parcels
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy
  • Filling Stock
  • Binding documents
  • Assisting with the printing, copying, and scanning

Skills required:

  • Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and the ability to work within a team
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • IT proficient
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Service-driven
  • Ability to delegate tasks
