Description
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the director.
- Deal with complex correspondence, providing the Director with high quality draft responses which meet his requirements and have been properly researched.
- Lead responsibility for all of the Director briefings, speeches and correspondence.
- Coordinating with various departments within the organisation.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Organising and managing events and departmental activities.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for directors.
- Ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
Profile
A successful 'EA to Directors Office' should have:
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant qualifications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant working at a senior level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and to take the initiative and lead.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
