- Deliver a warm, courteous welcome to residents and visitors, ensuring an exceptional front-of-house experience at all times
- Provide information, assistance, and support to residents, including handling queries, booking services, and managing requests
- Maintain a secure environment by monitoring access to the building and reporting any concerns
- Ensure the reception and communal areas are always presented to the highest standards
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers when required
- Support with day-to-day administration and reporting duties
- Report any maintenance or facilities issues promptly
- Work in accordance with health and safety and fire safety procedures
- Previous concierge or front-of-house experience in a luxury residential, hospitality or student living environment
- Professional, polished, and service-driven demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to handle issues discreetly
- Basic IT literacy and administrative competence
- Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
