Key Responsibilities:

Operate the front desk, ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests, employees, and vendors.


Oversee office operations in London, including the snack programme, health and safety, maintenance, and mailroom.


Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors and the landlord for site maintenance; administer local contracts and maintenance agreements.
Proactively identify ways to enhance the office environment and improve the overall experience.


Manage the Keycard Management & Inventory system for visitors, new hires, and existing employees.


Take ownership of the Community Experience ticketing system in London, ensuring efficient handling of tickets within strict SLA frameworks.


Support finance and invoice processing, including vendor management and collaboration with finance teams for timely payments.


Prepare monthly newsletters and assist with business reporting for the London office.


Arrange regular employee engagement activities and support annual business events.


Work cross-functionally with other internal and external stakeholders on day-to-day and event-based tasks.


Provide administrative support to the local leadership team as needed.



What You Will Need:

Proven experience in office management or administrative support, ideally within a fast-paced environment.


Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.


Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and in person), with a positive approach to managing internal and external interactions.

Office management experience within a similar role our client will provide job training and no qualifications required.

Hours: 40 Hour week Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00pm

Pay:      This role offers an attractive hourly rate of £20.00 per hour

Start Date: 12th March 2025 this is a temporary ongoing role
