- Meeting and greeting visitors - building rapport
- Answering the telephone and handling incoming queries in a helpful and personable manner
- Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
- Managing the meeting room bookings
- Ensuring the reception/kitchen is kept tidy
- Managing suppliers
- Health and Safety
- Handling incoming facilities enquiries
- Budgeting
- Ordering stationery and office refreshments
- Managing adhoc office projects
What we need
- Front of house reception experience
- Office management/coordination
- Budgeting
- Managing suppliers - managing relationships and researching new suppliers etc
- Personable, professional, positive with outstanding customer services skills
- Passionate about their career within office support/front of house
- Ideas driven and innovative - always looking for new ways to improve
- A team player but also able to work on initiative
