An exciting position has become available in our London office for a Front Office Manager.

This role is a 3 month Temp to Perm

The Role

Providing a professional telephone and meet and greet service to all visitors and callers, and to provide a high standard of office support to colleagues.

What are the role responsibilities?

  • Meet and greet visitors, providing refreshments if requested.
  • Promptly and professionally direct calls from the switchboard to appropriate desks
  • To book and prepare rooms for meetings, including audio visual equipment, refreshments and lunches if required.
  • Ensure that the reception area, meeting rooms and toilets are kept tidy during the day.
  • Ensure that stationery and catering supplies are maintained.
  • Organise couriers and ensure that courier and taxi records are maintained accurately.
  • Open and distribute post and handle special delivery items, and to frank all outgoing mail.
  • Forward emails from various inboxes to the appropriate desks.
  • Train and supervise junior receptionist if / when needed
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary (CV formatting, project work, reports)
  • Ensuring H&S policies are UpToDate
  • Ensure the office is operating smoothly (maintenance & cleaning)
  • Any other duties as required by the Company

The Profile:

  • Previous experience working as a Front Office Manager
  • An excellent work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised, process driven and systematic in your approach to your work.
  • Resilience and the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and drive to deliver.
  • Experience using Microsoft Packages
