In this role, you’ll lead both people operations and office management, guiding staff and processes with knowledge and integrity. You will ensure our HR policies are upheld, nurture employee development, and create an engaging, well-organized environment where every voice is valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Oversee all HR processes for the Head Office, Showroom, and Warehouse.
  • Manage recruitment, from job postings and interviews to onboarding.
  • Ensure company policies comply with employment laws and best practices.
  • Handle payroll, ensuring accuracy in pay, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Stay informed about latest legislation, ensuring company policies are up to date

Talent Development & Employee Engagement

  • Support training and development plans in collaboration with managers.
  • Oversee the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and appraisal processes.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programmes.
  • Support a positive workplace culture, aligned with company values.

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-maintained workspace.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and showroom to coordinate workplace needs.

The Person

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • HR management and office administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and payroll processes.
  • A self starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks.
  • A discreet and professional attitude when handling sensitive information.
  • Confidence in using HR systems and Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new ones.
