Key Responsibilities

Case Management & Oversight

  • Supervise and manage Case Administrators.
  • Oversee all aspects of multiple administrations.
  • Ensure cases progress in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Manage cases involving assets or complex issues.
  • Review and refine case work prepared by Case Administrators.
  • Assist Insolvency Practitioners with case progression and compliance matters.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Attend meetings with Directors and key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with Insolvency Practitioners to develop and implement case strategies.
  • Conduct site visits and manage associated responsibilities.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Review and prepare documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain ethical, transparent, and professional conduct in all interactions.

Team Support & Development

  • Delegate tasks effectively to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Assist Case Administrators with workload management and case progression.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to Case Administrators.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development.

Business Development

  • Contribute to business growth by participating in networking events.

In this role, you will bring:

  • Experience as a Case Manager or a senior administrator looking to step into a managerial role
  • Experience must have been within the UK
  • Strong desire to progress both themselves alongside the growth of the business
