A family-owned Jewellery Company in London’s Hatton Garden is looking for an Office Administrator (office based only) to help keep things organised and running smoothly. This job is based fully in the office, perfect for someone who likes helping out and keeping things in order.
What You’ll Do:As an Office Administrator, you will:
- Answer phone calls and talk to customers politely
- Help manage schedules and keep track of production plans
- Support with customer accounts and orders
- Organise shipments, including helping with imports and exports
- Keep important paperwork and records neat and accurate
- Possibly travel with the team to international trade shows
Who We’re Looking For:The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in an office or administrative job before
- Good computer skills and can use basic office software
- A positive attitude and enjoys finding ways to make things work better
- Good organisational skills and pays attention to details
- A friendly, clear, and polite phone manner
- Experience with jewellery is a plus but not required
