Vacancy: SALES ADMINISTRATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Forest Hill, SE23

Salary: £25k +

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, competent and experienced Office Administrator to join a highly successful Estate Agency and support their busy team based at their offices in Forest Hill.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong background in administration and would benefit from previous experience in a Residential Estate Agency (Estate Agency).

Preferential consideration will be given to candidates who are already in a similar role, have worked with estate agency software and live locally.

You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.

You will need to be confident working within a busy team as well as working on your own.

The Company: Our client is established independent Estate and Lettings Agency with offices in South East London.

Skills required for thisOffice Administrator role will include:

  • Previous experience in residential estate agency administration preferred
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of property procedures
  • Familiar with estate agency software
  • Highly organised and possess high levels of administration ability
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
