An exciting award-winning estate agency with a strong foothold in South West London is now looking for an Office Administrator to join their support team! The company is well-established in the area and has a wonderful team with a friendly inclusive atmosphere, as well as an excellent open and social environment.

This is an immediate start permanent position paying a salary up to £32,000 pa with plenty of opportunity for further growth and development and no weekend work!

This would be the perfect position for a bright administrator, ideally with experience in lettings administration, who is looking for their next role with a manager & a business which takes pride in its development-first approach to work.

As the Office Administrator, you will:

  • Setting up new tenancies on the agency’s CRM system and sending out offer acceptance emails to both landlords and tenants.
  • Oversee the tenant referencing process, as well as preparing and sending tenancy agreements.
  • Ensure up-to-date compliance documents (Gas Cert, EICR, EPC) are available. Book inventory appointments and professional cleans as necessary.
  • Post tenancy commencement, send a 'Welcome Letter' with relevant documents to both parties and distribute inventory reports.
  • Update utility providers with new tenancy information based on the inventory report's meter readings.
  • Manage renewals by providing Lettings Manager with 'Notice to Quit' list for valuation and negotiation.

As the Office Administrator, you should have:

  • At least 12 months of experience in an administration role
  • Ideally experience working in a lettings position, either as a negotiator or an administrator.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Office

In return, you will receive a great salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience with space for further growth and development. The standard working hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Apply Today!
