We are currently recruiting for a recognised IT Consulting company, for the role of Office Coordinator. It’s an exciting opportunity to work for a recognised leader that holds technology at the forefront of everything, designing and delivering products and services to attract and engage customers, whilst being driven by a cleaner, greener future!
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain the office environment, ensuring it’s clean and well-organised
- Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready
- Provide administrative support to managers, including handling correspondence and scheduling
- Take messages and relay information promptly and accurately
- Take minutes
- Manage managers calendars and meeting room calendars
- Sign in visitors upon arrival
Main Skills/ Requirements:
- Inside IR35
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
