Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator for a fast-growing and reputable business in The City.

My client is seeking an Office Coordinator with expertise in supporting event and meeting room operations to achieve revenue targets. Skilled in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining professional hospitality spaces, and ensuring seamless coordination of setups, supplies, and staffing. Compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and risk assessments. Experienced in overseeing staff readiness and maintaining high service standards in dynamic environments.

Salary: £40k - £45k

Location: City of London

Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Reception Team with meeting room and event inquiries to meet revenue goals.
  • Welcome customers, meet their needs, and maintain clean, professional hospitality spaces.
  • Use booking systems to coordinate setups, supplies, and staff; ensure quality food service.
  • Report and oversee extra staff, ensuring readiness and professionalism.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, check food safety, and conduct risk assessments.

Skills and experience:

  • Brings 3+ years of experience in silver service, high-end hospitality, or corporate settings.
  • A positive, flexible, and professional attitude
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency in IT, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative, solutions-focused mindset
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
