Job Title: Part- Time Office Coordinator

Location: St Pauls

Pay: £13 - £15 per hour

Duration: 3 weeks temporary

Hours/days: 14 hours, 2 days a week, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-5pm or 8am - 4pm

Start Date: 30th January 2025

End Date: 21st February 2025

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be the backbone of our Works team and Health and Safety advisor. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration : Manage essential administrative tasks for the team.
  • Data Entry : Ensure accurate and timely data entry to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Raising Purchase Orders : Handle purchase orders with efficiency and precision.
  • Diary Support : Provide exceptional diary management support for the team.
  • Booking Meeting Rooms : Coordinate meeting room bookings to facilitate productive discussions.

Skills: To excel in this position, you should have:

  • Proven experience in administration and diary management.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with team members.
