The successful candidate be a vital part of the team, supporting with administrative tasks to improve organisational efficiency and overall employee experience.What you’ll do:The Office Coordinator will be the main point of contact on reception, managing daily operations and administrative tasks. Additional duties include:
  • Welcoming guests, coordinating deliveries and handling phone calls.
  • Scheduling conference facilities.
  • Providing first-class service to visiting employees.
  • Contributing proactively to employee engagement initiatives by assisting with in-office events and activities.
  • Ensuring that internal documentation, office procedures, and communication channels are regularly updated.
  • Offering administrative assistance across different departments.
  • Participating in project planning meetings.
