Office Manager/ PA (Property Sector)
Location: Fitzrovia, LondonHours: Monday - Friday 9.30-5.30pm
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / PA to support the daily operations of a busy property office. This role involves overseeing office administration, assisting with property management tasks, and providing executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:Office Management:•Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.•Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general facilities maintenance.•Act as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and service providers.•Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.•Maintain and organise office records, both digital and physical.
Property Operations Support:•Maintain an up-to-date database of properties, tenants, and key contacts.•Assist in liaising with lawyers, agents, finance brokers and banks in the purchasing of properties•Assist with contractors and professionals in progressing development projects.•Assist with marketing ventures in designing brochures and PowerPoint presentationsfor prospective property investments.
Personal Assistant Duties:
•Provide administrative support to senior management, including diary management.•Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.•Manage travel arrangements and scheduling for senior staff.•Assist with financial administration, including invoicing and expense tracking.•Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:•Previous experience in property management or real estate.•Office management or PA experience supporting senior staff.
