An experienced Office Manager/PA is needed for a West London Architectural Practice with an impressive client list. Their projects encompass private houses, galleries and libraries with the highest quality of craftsmanship, beauty and timelessness. The Office Manager will ensure the seamless running of the building and operations. Key responsibilities; onboarding & HR support, First Aid/Fire Warden, Health & Safety, premises management, assisting the directors with calendar & travel arrangements, insurances, annual budgeting with directors, office administration and manage three flats within the converted office building.

Ideally you will have 4+ years of relevant Office Management experience within the design sector, strong IT & numeracy, fluent written & spoken English, confident with HR policies for a team of 27 Architects, good people skills, a can-do attitude and polished personal presentation. Discretion and confidentiality are required.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Architecture & Design and is looking to grow with a leading company. Monday to Friday 9.30-6pm. 23 days holiday+healthcare/pension.
