SALARY: £45,000 per annum basic salary, plus a discretionary profit share bonus scheme circa. £20,000 + Generous Benefits (see below)

Your primary focus as the Office Manager / Senior Business Administrator will be ensuring the seamless operation of the office. This dynamic role requires a proactive, solutions-driven approach to office management, team coordination, and executive support.

Working as the Office Manager / Senior Business Administrator you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and engaging workplace environment, managing office operations, coordinating key projects, and acting as a trusted partner to leadership. From optimising office processes to handling strategic priorities, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and enabling the business to thrive.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Office Manager / Senior Business Administrator include:

Executive support

  • Coordinate and prepare reports and documentation
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Plan and execute corporate events, conferences and team-building activities
  • Support with executive projects

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment
  • Support with the setup and troubleshooting of office technology
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors
  • Maintain office space and appearance
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs of office and equipment
  • Implement and maintain administrative procedures to optimise workflow
  • Oversee office security and health and safety compliance

Human Resources (HR) Support

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures
  • Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies

Data & Quality Management

  • Maintain company databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Monitor and improve quality control processes to align with company standards
  • Assist in compliance audits

Finance & Budgeting

  • Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and liaise with finance teams
  • Manage and oversee credit policies and accounts receivable to ensure that customers pay on time and that cash flow remains healthy
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
  • Ensure financial documentation is maintained and compliant

Consultant Partner Coordination

  • Assist with the recruitment, onboarding and training of new consultant partners
  • Coordinate and monitor consultant partner compliance with company standards
  • Monitor and review contracts to ensure up to date

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in office management, or similar role
  • Strong background in administrative and operational support at a senior level
  • Proficiency in CRM software (we use Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy when managing information, schedules, and processes
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders

DESIRABLE

  • Experience in HR, finance, data management, or quality control is highly desirable
  • A degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
  • Knowledge of contractor and vendor management is a plus
