Real Estate Administrator (Sales & Lettings Coordinator) - North West London My client, a reputable estate agency based in a suburban and leafy, yet trendy North West London location is looking or a Sales & Lettings Coordinator to join their team. Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experienceContract: Full Time | PermanentAs a Sales & Lettings Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the  sales and lettings teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of compliance. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, coordinating viewings, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
  • Coordinating and scheduling property viewings and valuations.
  • Assisting with tenancy agreements, referencing, and compliance checks.
  • Ensuring all properties meet legal requirements, including gas safety, EPC, EICR, and right-to-rent checks.
  • Managing deposit registrations in line with tenancy deposit regulations.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in property legislation and ensuring company policies remain compliant.
  • Preparing property details, marketing materials, and online listings.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Supporting the sales and lettings teams with general administrative duties.
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors to ensure a seamless process.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar customer service role within the property sector
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of property compliance requirements, including right-to-rent, safety certificates, and tenancy regulations.
  • Confidence in using property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
