- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
- Coordinating and scheduling property viewings and valuations.
- Assisting with tenancy agreements, referencing, and compliance checks.
- Ensuring all properties meet legal requirements, including gas safety, EPC, EICR, and right-to-rent checks.
- Managing deposit registrations in line with tenancy deposit regulations.
- Keeping up to date with changes in property legislation and ensuring company policies remain compliant.
- Preparing property details, marketing materials, and online listings.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Supporting the sales and lettings teams with general administrative duties.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors to ensure a seamless process.
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar customer service role within the property sector
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of property compliance requirements, including right-to-rent, safety certificates, and tenancy regulations.
- Confidence in using property management systems and Microsoft Office.
