Job Overview:

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring efficiency across administrative functions, facilities, and team support. You will play a key role in maintaining a professional work environment while supporting senior management and wider teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient working environment.
  • Manage office supplies, contracts, and relationships with service providers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for administrative and facility-related queries.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding, staff records, and company policies.
  • Assist finance with invoice processing, budget tracking, and expense management.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance, including risk assessments and procedures.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Administration, or PA/EA role, ideally within property or professional services.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Knowledge of basic finance administration, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Understanding of health & safety and HR policies is beneficial.
