Company Overview

You will be joining a globally recognised and very well-established Technology business as their Office Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a close-knit team of 3, you will be directly responsible for an Executive Assistant and another Office Manager. You will be based in their modern and luxurious London office full-time, 5 days a week.

Role Responsibilities The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment. This role will involve managing 2 direct reports (1x Executive Assistant and 1x Office Manager), coordinating office activities, and implementing various office policies and procedures. The role will be split into: Office Operations, Staff Management, Human Resources/Recruitment, Financial Management, Communication, Managing Internal Events and Technology Support. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of company-wide projects.

Role Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience in an Office Manager role, ideally in a large, professional organisation. You will possess strong communication skills, an outstanding work ethic, excellent organisation skills and you will have the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. You will be team-orientated and possess a positive attitude at all times. You will be a highly professional, articulate and mature individual who is adaptable and proactive in handling new challenges.

In Return

You will receive an annual salary of up to £70,000 (depending on experience) + Discretionary Annual Bonus + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. You will be part of a highly supportive, collaborative and high-performing team who will be there to assist with your transition into the business. When you are working in the office, you will be based in a fantastic area of London, close to multiple transport links and top attractions.
