Office Manager - Mayfair, London

Superb opportunity to join a highly successful business in the Green Park area as their Office Manager, playing a key role in the smooth running and operations of their beautiful office.

  • Fully office based: Monday to Friday in the office
  • Salary: 55k-65k + benefits

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office is immaculate at all times
  • Assist with HR - process starters and leavers, oversee recruitment processes and onboarding etc
  • Organise team activities and oversee internal events
  • Manage and update CRM system
  • Coordinate with management, contractors and vendors for office maintenance, repairs, ensuring work is on budget and to standard
  • Manage health and safety, fire systems etc within the building
  • Handle contracts, including renewals and tenders

Office Manager Skills:

  • 2-3 years+ office management, or facilities management experience
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, discreet and able to handle confidential information
  • Positive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic
